Shop For Sale, a book advertising
itself as, “A step-by-step guide for establishing
a fair market value for your printing firm or one you
are looking to buy,” has just been released by well-known
industry consultants and authors Larry Hunt and John
Stewart.
According
to the authors, the new 288-page book is directed at
quick printing and small commercial firms with annual
sales between $250,000 and $5 million. The book includes
a 100-page Appendix containing almost 2,000 sample valuations
based upon key variables such as size of firm, profitability,
excess earnings potential and net assets.
